Here is solution to this problem....
Just Disconnect the net and wait for a minute, then connect the net again. go to download page. you’ll be able to download again.
I know it's a little annoying but is better than waiting for an hour after every download.

thank you so much for u help. i just need to know how to install the LongMan TOEFL iBT, o download the first part and i enter the password. and i have its icon in my desktob but still not working. plz if u can help me its seem very good resource for my exam. another queastion. shuold i install all fils to make it work. and should i burn it to cd or its can work if i installing this file without burring to cd . i sm sory iam not too big in this kind of software . i really appreciated.
You need to Download All parts. You also need Winrar software to use it. Download Winrar and install it. You can get it here http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar362.exe
Then click on first part and enter password which is "taketoefl.blogspot.com" without quotes. Extrct it. and start using it.
Its very simple to use. Great resource for TOEFL preparation.
