Hi ,
i am not able to open the bin file of Langmaster test even after extracting. please let me know how to do that..

.bin files are CD image files.
One need to burn them on a Cd before it can be used. Use Nero or some other CD writer software to burn these files on a CD then use it.
Or
you can use softwares like MagicISo or alcohol120% or some other virtual drive software to run .bin files from hard disk itself
